Looking Back
What I've really enjoyed is that every day has been different, the challenges have been different, and just when you think that you've done it all, there's something new to do. What I've enjoyed is not only working on all the big franchises that have sort of put their stamp on the time in which I've lived, you know, whether or not it's been the Matrix films or Indiana Jones or Star Wars or the Star Treks or the Jurassic Parks, or the Pirates of the Caribbean. It's also been the Curious Case of Benjamin Button, and Seabiscut. Also, concert things for John Williams like the tribute to film composers that was at the Oscars, that now is in a kind of concert state with John conducting...live concert stuff for my first job doing gospel music for TV, and then this last thing I just did was for the Big Band on Marylin.
The reason I'm in this is because of the various musical challenges, which are all story telling challenges, but I love doing all the carious styles in all the various ways and trying to somehow put my own stamp on the time. So, looking back, I can't believe it's gone by so fast, and it's been filled with so many memories.
